March 19, 2020 Meditation and Health Tip

Posted by The Scentsible Life Team on 19th Mar 2020

“Today, I love myself and my life so much, that I can surrender into what is happening without any doubt, without any fear, and without any resistance - therefore I can see, I can feel, and I can know what to do that is the best for me and for everyone around me.” “So be it.”

We are so grateful for everyone who comes to meditate with us. With more and more people participating and uniting on one focus we are now sending a powerful and strong vibration of love, truth, and freedom into the world.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

For anyone who would like to participate, follow our social media for details on when and how to join our morning meditations.

Health tip:

Exercise - We need to move in order to circulate all the various fluids in the body. This means total body movement, but it doesn’t have to be extreme or vigorous. When muscles contract and elongate they act as a pump, moving fluid though the fascia, the lymphatic ducts, and the veins. This fluid carries toxins, cellular debris and byproducts, along with healthy nutrients and oxygen. Circulating this fluid keeps our internal environment clean and clear so our bodies function properly.

T’ai Chi, for example, is a great low impact exercise that engages the whole body. Putting on your favorite song and dancing/moving/shaking is also a good and fun way to engage the whole body. A simple method to get the same effect is laying down flat on the floor and then standing straight up - do that 3-5 times throughout the day.

Everyone engages with life differently. What one person uses for exercise will be completely different from another. The most important thing is finding a way to move and engage the whole body throughout the day in a way through body and life.
