As you pay attention to your breath you begin to notice that your breath becomes longer and deeper, keeping attention and you will notice that your mind is becoming calmer - you feel more grounded and more at ease. Keep focusing on your breath and you will find that no matter what happens on the outside you no longer are affected; you keep breathing, keep grounded, and keep being at ease with everything you are doing.
