Morning Meditation -- December 7th 2020

Sit down for a moment, use the Radiant Heart, White Light, Copiaba, or Clary Sage. Breath and connect to the air, bring your hands into the grounding position, and take a deep breath. Imagine wavy, vibrating white light, inhale, and exhale worries anxieties and depressions. Repeats this three times, and then follow your normal breathing. Do this a few times per day for a few days to keep your energy up and unaffected from the mass uncertainty.
