Morning Meditation -- December 14th 2020

11 days before Christmas we are bringing ourselves, our mind and our spirit into the mode of celebration! Sit somewhere quietly, close your eyes, and imagine a light in the distance. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Imagine, with every inhale you are bringing more light into you, and with every exhale you’re exhaling heaviness and negativity. Take your time with this practice. Continue until you feel your body being light, your thoughts being light, and you feel happy. If you don’t feel the lightness right away stick with it, it will come.
