Let’s get into the holiday spirit by aligning our body, mind, and spirit, towards the holiday sesson. Add a drop of Stillness or any essential oil you love to an aroma lamp (or observe a flower you love) sit in front of it, bringing your attention and focus on how you breath. Observe your breath until you notice that you are no longer affected by any outside noises. This is the moment when you are deeply connected to yourself. Stay in this moment for a little bit longer, and when you open your eyes again make sure you carry this internal feeling into your next activity. Do this meditation exercise a few times a day so you learn how to interact with your work and people in calmness.
